Interpersonal conflict between colleagues or leaders
-
Bullying and harassment complaints
-
Team dysfunction and breakdown in communication
-
Disputes involving performance, behaviour or role clarity
-
Conflict between leaders, stakeholders or business units
-
Workplace, WHS, commercial and industrial matters where an independent process is required.
How the Mediation Process Works

1
Initial confidential discussion
An initial discussion with the referring contact, to understand the matter, key issues, organisational context and any risks. You'll receive a recommended approach and indicative timeframes.
2
Pre Mediation Meetings
Individual, confidential meetings with each participant to explain the process, hear their perspective and clarify what they hope to achieve. This helps build trust and ensures everyone is prepared for the joint sessin.
3
Mediation Session
A structured, facilitated conversation where each person is heard, issues are clarified and options are explored. The focus is on practical, realistic outcomes that all parties can live with, while maintaining a psychologically safe environment.
4
Outcome & Follow Up
Where appropriate, agreements and action items are documetned so expectations care clear. We can also recommend follow up steps to support implementatin and help the outcomes hold once the process is complete.
